Welcome! Let’s Live a Healthier, Happier and Fuller Life.

How to Age Joyfully; Eight Steps to a Happier, Fuller Life was written by Maggy Pigott to celebrate life and the fact we're all living longer, especially if we can spend our lives in good, or good enough, health for as long as possible. It is trying to help people, particularly those in mid-life and beyond, live a healthier and happier life. Maggy has always thought that although a long, healthy and happy life cannot be guaranteed, but almost all of us can improve our health and wellbeing – and even our longevity.

The book is a lighthearted, accessible, easy read, but still informative and fact based. Following on from this we wanted to echo the bright and joyful colour scheme used by the publishers, Summersdale, in the book and reflect that across the site. Headings were designed with an eye-catching font and a prominent space on the homepage was given over to the Twitter feed since Maggy is quite a prolific Twitter user across her two accounts to keep her several thousand followers up to speed with the latest news, thoughts and ideas. The site has a blog section with posts divided over several categories, covering Maggy's developing blog, print media, podcasts and video activity.
